The Managing Director of Standard Rank Properties Limited, Prince Emmanuel Chukwudi Nwafor, has explained the vision behind Elite City Abuja, saying the development was conceived to provide a combination of class, affordability, technology and wellness.
Nwafor spoke in an interview with EstateWire247, where he also discussed the investment opportunities available to prospective buyers, documentation, the location of the project and the future plans of Standard Rank Properties Limited.
According to him, the growth of Nigeria’s property sector informed the decision to create a community that would cater to people seeking quality and modern living.
“Real estate is fast growing in Nigeria and the need to create an environment that mixes class and affordability had to be in the plan.
“So we created Elite City Abuja for everyone who wants to live in an environment where wellness and Technology is a top priority,” Nwafor said.
Investment opportunities
The real estate executive said the project is targeted at both individuals seeking to build homes and investors interested in land banking.
“For those buying to build, they are sure of living in a community where their safety is guaranteed, live among wealth creators and innovators, a family friendly environment,” he said.
Nwafor added that investors purchasing land for future development should also expect potential gains from property appreciation.
“While those buying for land banking should expect high return on investment,” he said.
Nwafor assures buyers of documentation
On transparency, Nwafor said Standard Rank Properties Limited has adopted a client-focused approach to property acquisition.
“Like our mantra says, we hold you by the hand, through your first plot to owning a beautiful home in Abuja,” he said.
He explained that the company’s documents are available for verification through AGIS, advising prospective buyers to conduct the appropriate legal search before concluding transactions.
“Our documents are verifiable at AGIS, all you need do is apply for a legal search through appropriate authority. Doing business with us is peace,” he stated.
Why the Kabusa-Pyakasa axis?
Nwafor said the location of Elite City Abuja was carefully considered based on the direction of infrastructure and development in the Federal Capital Territory.
“We know where development is going and we waited for it,” he said.
He identified the newly constructed Kabusa-Pyakasa road as an important development that could stimulate activities around the axis.
“The newly constructed Kabusa-Pyakasa road is a sign that something big is coming,” he said.
He also highlighted the newly launched City Walk and proposed developments, including high-rise buildings and tourist attractions.
According to him, the projects have created what he described as a positive signal for property investors in the area.
“The newly launched CITY WALK where the federal government has proposed to construct high-rise buildings and tourist attractions has signaled the green light of the industry that places within that axis stands to benefit massively from the ongoing investment opportunities,” he said.
Five-year ambition
Nwafor said Standard Rank Properties Limited has a long-term ambition to make Elite City Abuja one of the most recognised communities in the country.
“Elite City will be one of the most prestigious and famous communities in Nigeria and beyond,” he said.
He also disclosed that the company’s ambition extends to other parts of Africa.
“Standard Rank Properties Ltd won’t rest until we see our signatures in every part of Africa,” Nwafor stated.
“We are planning something huge,” he added.
The Managing Director consequently urged prospective investors to watch out for new opportunities expected to be unveiled by the company.
“Be a part-taker of the amazing investment opportunities that Standard Rank Properties will be unveiling soon,” he said.
