He said the development reflects DARS Group’s vision of delivering modern infrastructure, quality housing, and a secure environment capable of attracting both local and international investors.
“Elite City Abuja is a strategic development designed to provide the quality of infrastructure, planning and exclusivity that have made Banana Island one of Nigeria’s most prestigious residential locations,” Mr Nwafor said. “This project demonstrates DARS Group’s commitment to raising the standard of real estate development in the Federal Capital Territory.”
He added that the project is expected to stimulate economic activity, create employment opportunities, and strengthen Abuja’s position as a destination for high-value real estate investment.
Mr Nwafor also praised the leadership of the Chairman of DARS Group of Companies, Chief Dr. Ronald Ogochukwu Ezaka, describing him as a visionary entrepreneur whose commitment to excellence continues to shape the company’s growth and expansion in Nigeria’s property sector.
The Abuja Igbo Festival brought together government officials, business leaders, traditional rulers, professionals and members of the Igbo community resident in the Federal Capital Territory. Among those in attendance were Chief Dr. Ronald Ogochukwu Ezaka, directors of DARS Group of Companies, and other stakeholders from the business and real estate sectors.
The annual festival celebrates Igbo cultural heritage while providing a platform for dialogue on investment, entrepreneurship and economic development. This year’s edition also highlighted the growing role of private sector investment in infrastructure and housing development across the country.
