The General Manager of Standard Rank Properties Limited, Engr. Bruno C. Joseph, said his company is committed to helping Nigerians, including those in the diaspora, own property regardless of their income level.

Joseph disclosed this in an interview with ESTATEWIRE247, where he also spoke about his career journey and the firm’s flagship housing project in Abuja.

He said his career in real estate began in 2022 after completing the National Youth Service Corps programme, noting that his passion for construction and building drew him into the sector.

“I have always loved everything that has to do with construction, building and management, so when a job offer came through an online advert, I clicked and fortunately I got employed,” he said.

The General Manager said he had held several positions in the company, including team supervisor, procurement manager, site manager, and human resources manager, before he was appointed General Manager.

He attributed his rise through the ranks to hard work and dedication.
“My commitment, passion, dedication and zeal in this line of business, and the ability to handle little roles, ushered me into this position today, all thanks to God,” he said.

Joseph, who studied engineering and worked in construction and building engineering before joining the real estate sector, said his technical background had shaped his approach to problem-solving in the industry.

“Engineering made me a deep thinker, a problem solver and a good analyst. For you to solve a problem, you first have to start from the root, that is what we call the foundation in building,” he said.

Speaking on the company’s projects, the GM said the Elite City development, a tech and wellness estate in Abuja, was designed to make land ownership attainable for Nigerians across different income brackets, including salary earners.

“This project at Standard Rank Properties Limited is centred on ensuring that everyone becomes a landowner in Abuja, even the salary earners, as we have made provision for every class in Nigeria,” he said.

On what sets the firm apart from its competitors, Joseph listed the company’s value proposition, customer service, and core values of transparency, professionalism and integrity.

“Our vision and mission is to ensure that everyone willing to stop paying rent gets their own property, no matter how little it is. We take you by the hand and walk you through the smart investment process,” he said.

The general manager also assured prospective investors, including Nigerians abroad, that the firm prioritised transparency and accountability in its transactions.

“There must be transparency at every stage of the transaction. Investors will enjoy a high return on investment, and issuance of documents will be swift and done as and when due,” he said.

Standard Rank Properties Limited is a real estate development and property management firm based in Abuja.
