Elite City, Abuja Announces New Property Prices From August 20

Property buyers interested in Elite City, Pyakasa, Abuja, will pay more for land and property packages from August 20, 2026, following a scheduled review of prices by the developer.

The new price structure affects all six property categories offered at the development, with increases ranging from ₦900,000 to ₦6 million.

Under the revised rates, the 150sqm plot, designated for a 2-bedroom terrace duplex with a BQ, will increase from ₦3.6 million to ₦4.5 million.

The price of the 250sqm plot for a 4-bedroom terrace duplex with BQ will rise from ₦6 million to ₦7.5 million, while the 350sqm plot designated for a 3-bedroom semi-detached duplex with BQ will increase from ₦8.4 million to ₦10.5 million.

Similarly, the 400sqm plot for a 4-bedroom fully detached duplex with BQ will move from ₦9.6 million to ₦12 million.

The 550sqm plot, designated for a 5-bedroom maisonette with a two-bedroom BQ, will rise from ₦13 million to ₦16.5 million.

The largest increase applies to the 1,000sqm plot, designated for four units of 3-bedroom blocks of flats. Its price will rise from ₦24 million to ₦30 million.

The developer has urged prospective buyers to secure their preferred plots before August 20, when the new prices officially take effect.
